About JFC Landscaping & SOD LLC

There is a smell to fresh sod on a hot Tampa morning — cut earth, damp roots, the pallets steaming a little in the sun before the first piece goes down. JFC Landscaping & SOD LLC works that smell for a living, laying sod tight seam to seam and then keeping it alive with mowing, edging, trimming and landscape care once it takes. Sandy soil here will swallow a careless install and reward a graded, watered one with a lawn that looks poured rather than pieced. Nothing in the trade beats standing at the corner of a yard that was bare dirt at seven and unbroken green by two. After that it is the steady rhythm — the weekly cut, the crisp edge, the walk blown clean.
