About C & J Property Clean Up LLC

Some yards need a haircut and some need a rescue. Up around Sulphur Springs, in the shadow of the old water tower, a lot can go from ankle-deep to waist-high in one wet Tampa month, with fronds down, vines into the fence and a pile of somebody's leftovers under the shrubs. C & J Property Clean Up LLC takes those on: cutting overgrowth back to ground, clearing brush, palm fronds, limbs and junk, and hauling all of it off instead of stacking it at the curb. After that, the property can be kept — mowed, edged, trimmed and blown on a regular round. The best part of the job is the before-and-after, standing at the street looking at a lot that finally has edges again.
