About Lawn Care by The Proper Company

Palma Ceia is a neighborhood of right angles and old hedges, where a lawn is essentially a rectangle asking to be drawn correctly. Lawn Care by The Proper Company treats Tampa yards that way — mowing in even passes, edging every walk and bed to a defined line, trimming the corners a deck can't reach, and clearing the hard surfaces at the end. Doing it properly means the same height every visit, the same direction changed on purpose, the same finish whether anyone is home or not. Late in the day the sun comes sideways down the street and lights up the stripe pattern like something drawn on. A yard that looks intentional from the sidewalk is the entire point of the trip.
