About JC Landscaping

By seven the walkers are already out along the courtyards of Sunrise Lakes, doing their loop before the heat arrives. JC Landscaping times the mowing to that hour, common turf cut in even passes, the trimmer run around mail kiosks and bench pads, hedges held below the window lines so the light gets in. Shared ground is harder than a single yard, because every unit sees a different piece of it and all of those pieces have to match. Clippings come off the walkways completely, since a swept path matters more where people cross it in sandals every morning. The payoff is arriving Monday to a property that reads calm from whichever door you step out of.
