About George's Tree and Lawn Service

June puts the royal poincianas into full red over Palm City and Stuart, and every gumbo limbo peels a little more copper bark in the heat. George's Tree and Lawn Service works among them — canopies thinned, low limbs lifted off roofs and drives, palms trimmed and their seed pods taken down, cut wood carried out. On the ground it's mowing, edging and trimming, so the yard matches the tree standing over it. Ladder work in Florida heat is a morning proposition, and the day gets started accordingly. A tree properly opened up moves with the wind instead of arguing with it.
