About Smith Land Works - Landscaping and Lawn Care

Down toward Maximo the ground goes low and wet and a lot that sat one rainy season can come back looking like it belongs to nobody. Smith Land Works - Landscaping and Lawn Care takes those on and takes them back — clearing overgrowth, cutting it down to turf, then edging, trimming and hauling until there is a yard again. Once it is reclaimed, regular mowing keeps it that way, with shrub work and mulch as the property asks. The dry winter months are the right time for the heavy jobs, when the soil firms up and the mosquitoes ease off. There is a particular pleasure in the before and after on a St. Petersburg lot.
