About Jordan's Complete Property Maintenance LLC

Winter is the working season on the Gandy corridor: dry mornings, sixty-something degrees, and properties that still need to look sharp on the Monday after a long weekend. Jordan's Complete Property Maintenance LLC handles grounds up and down that side of St. Petersburg — mowing, edging, hedge trimming, mulch, and the cleanups that keep entrances and parking islands presentable. Bahia along the road shoulders and St. Augustine in the beds want different treatment, and knowing which is which is most of the job. When the summer rains come back, the route tightens and everything gets cut more often. Nothing dramatic, just property that never looks like anybody forgot about it.
