Green Thing Lawn Care

About Green Thing Lawn Care

Morning fog lifts off Crescent Lake, the oaks stop dripping, and the mowers roll. Green Thing Lawn Care runs the blocks north of downtown St. Petersburg, where St. Augustine runners creep over every sidewalk seam and somebody has to hold that line. Mowing, edging, string trimming, and a full blow-down of walks and drives — the yard reads finished, not merely cut. On this coast the growing season barely pauses, so the route comes back around and around, week after week. By noon, when the ibises are picking across the park lawns, the crew is streets away and the stripes behind them are still standing up straight.
