About JMC Land Services

Left alone for a season, a Saint James City lot disappears — palmetto, vine and pepper close over it until the shell drive is the only thing you can still find. JMC Land Services goes at those in the dry months, when the ground carries a machine and the mosquitoes have eased off. Overgrowth gets mowed down, brush cut back to the property lines, the parcel brought to open, walkable ground, and the debris hauled off instead of left in piles. Afterward you can take in the whole lot at once, corner to corner, the way the plat drew it. On an island of narrow parcels and canal frontage, that kind of clear ground changes what an owner can do next.
