About Fickers Landscape

Where the Matanzas River slides past the salt marsh, the tide sets the rhythm of the day, and in October the low evening sun turns the spartina to bronze. Damp, salty marsh air drifts into St. Augustine yards, and it keeps the grass growing long after northern lawns have given up for the year. Fickers Landscape offers lawn care in St. Augustine, keeping turf mowed, borders defined and the trimmings gathered up so a yard keeps its manners through the warm, drawn-out fall. Pulling into the driveway at dusk to the scent of fresh-cut grass mingling with river air is one of this coast's small pleasures. The work suits the low, wide beauty of the marsh country around it.
