Mow It All

About Mow It All

Phillippi Creek winds through Southgate in a slow dark line, and the ranch houses along it sit under oaks that stood here before the streets did. Mow It All takes a yard whole — mowing, edging along drives and walks, string trimming the fence lines, hedge trimming, and carrying every bit of it off the property. Sarasota summers push growth hard and Sarasota winters barely pause it, so the routine simply continues. A mid-century lawn cut in clean parallel passes has a look all its own: low, wide and calm. Leaving a place better than it was found is the plainest kind of pride there is.
