About Mandes Landscaping

Sand out here takes rain the way a sieve takes water, so a planting bed in Shady Hills has to be built rather than merely dug. Mandes Landscaping works that problem in the honest order — shape the bed, set the shrubs, lay mulch deep enough to hold a little cool at the roots — then keeps the lawn around it mowed, edged and trimmed so the two read as one idea. Cabbage palm and live oak set the ceiling on these lots; everything underneath is a decision somebody gets to make. Fresh mulch against a freshly cut edge on a dry bright morning is about as good as this work ever looks. It gives a wide Pasco County lot a shape you can see from the road.
