About Kamp Property Services LLC

Monday in Seminole starts with a list: a strip of storefronts on the boulevard, a couple of parking-lot islands, a row of houses on a side street off Walsingham. Kamp Property Services LLC runs that kind of route, treating each stop as a property rather than a lawn — turf cut, edges held, curb lines trimmed, and the litter that gathered over the weekend cleared out. Islands get their shrubs shaped so sightlines stay open; the pavement gets blown so nothing is left drifting toward the storm drain. Doing it in the same order every week is what keeps a place from sliding, and there is a plain pride in a route that never falls behind. Seminole, Largo and Pinellas Park all look better for it.
