Balcers Lawn Service

About Balcers Lawn Service

At the southeast shoulder of Seminole the ground simply runs out into Long Bayou, and the last of the lawns end where the mangroves begin. Balcers Lawn Service works those brackish-edge yards, where the tide sends its smell up the block and the grass has to make its peace with salt air. The mowing is kept honest here — a full, even pass, the string trimmer taking the line right down to the seawall and the fence posts, the walks and drives blown clear afterward. Shrubs get cut back before they crowd the windows, and the yard debris gets hauled off rather than tucked behind the shed. In Seminole, Bay Pines and the streets running toward St. Petersburg, a tidy lawn against that water line is a satisfying thing to leave behind.
