About Conlon Landscaping Inc.

After a rain the resurrection fern on Sebastian's old live oaks turns green in an hour, and the shade beds underneath want attention just as quickly. Conlon Landscaping Inc. spends its days in that dappled light — mowing what will grow beneath oaks, edging the curve of a bed, laying mulch dark enough to make the ferns and caladiums look intentional. Hedges get shaped, palms get their dead fronds cut away, and the leaf litter goes with the crew instead of into the street. In the flat country between the lagoon and the pine flatwoods, shade is the rarest thing a yard owns. Keeping it orderly is the whole idea: a shaded property that still reads as tended.
