About AMIC Property Services

Sawgrass mornings come in off the ocean with salt already in the air, and the grass here grows in that damp, generous way that only coastal St. Johns County sand allows. AMIC Property Services works those lots block by block — mowing, edging, trimming back the hedges that lean toward the dune line, hauling off the clippings before the heat sets in. A property between the marsh and the sea asks for a steady hand: sand creeps, palms shed, and the turf runs wherever it likes. The reward is the moment the mower shuts off and the yard sits squared and quiet, every edge cut clean against the drive. That is the work, and it is worth doing right.
