G&G Garden and Lawn Care

About G&G Garden and Lawn Care

Along Hudson Bayou the bougainvillea gets over the fences and the plumbago spills onto the walks, and the gardens down there do most of their talking in color. G&G Garden and Lawn Care works with a gardener's hands as much as a mower's - beds weeded by hand, shrubs pruned to keep their shape, mulch turned and topped so the blooms have a dark background to sit against. The turf still gets cut clean and edged, but on these lots the grass is the frame and the planting is the picture. Sarasota gives enough sun and rain to grow anything, which is exactly why it all needs a steady hand. Leaving a garden looking deliberate rather than overgrown is the good part of the day.
