Quality Cut Grass

About Quality Cut Grass

On a January morning the brick streets off Sanford Avenue hold the night's cool longer than the lawns do, and that is the hour when the mowers start. Quality Cut Grass works the yards of Sanford where laurel oaks lean over the sidewalks and the winter light comes in low and gold. Mowing, edging, string trimming, and a clean blow-down of every walk and drive — the job isn't finished until the border between grass and concrete reads as one unbroken line. St. Augustine turf in this town rewards a steady schedule, and steady is the whole idea. Yard by yard, the work runs from downtown Sanford out toward Lake Mary and Longwood.
