Paradise Bay Lawns

About Paradise Bay Lawns

West of Riverview the land runs down to Hillsborough Bay, and on a good afternoon the breeze comes off the water carrying salt and the smell of mangrove. Paradise Bay Lawns works in that air — mowing lawns that take wind and sun straight on, cutting high enough to shade their own roots, trimming around the palms that thrive out here and the beds that need mulch to hold moisture. Edges go in sharp against pavers and drives. Toward evening the sky over the bay turns the color of a ripe mango and the day's yards sit finished behind you. Coastal ground grows all twelve months, and keeping it handsome is steady, unhurried work.
