About De La Cruz Lawncare & Landscaping

March in Quincy arrives as azaleas along the old side streets, all at once and slightly ridiculous about it. De La Cruz Lawncare & Landscaping meets that season with fresh pine straw and mulch in the beds, shrubs shaped back and the lawn brought down to an even spring height. A bed edged by hand against North Florida's red clay leaves a line you can read from the road — dark soil on one side, bright green on the other, nothing blurred between them. Mowing, trimming and a blow-down of the walks follow every visit, so the flowers get a frame worth having. It is a good feeling to drive away from a yard that looks like somebody loves it.
