T the Lawn Care

About T the Lawn Care

In June a mower is a neighborhood sound in Pompano Beach — you hear it two streets over, under a poinciana dropping red all over the sidewalk. T the Lawn Care is one of those engines, moving through the blocks around Sanders Park while the grass is running hard after every afternoon storm. Wet-season turf can put on an inch between visits, so the schedule holds: cut it, edge it, trim the fence line, sweep the walks clean. It is plain work and it shows plainly — a yard that looked shaggy at nine looks squared away by ten, and the porch has its view back. Lawns across Pompano Beach and over into Margate and Fort Lauderdale keep the same weekly beat.
