About Zayas Services Landscaping & Lawn Care

By two in the afternoon a thunderhead stacks up over the pine flatwoods east of Poinciana, and everyone here reads it the same way: work now, the sky will take its turn later. Zayas Services Landscaping & Lawn Care keeps that clock — cutting and edging through the bright part of the day, shaping hedges back off the walkways, freshening the mulch in the beds before the first fat drops land. Everything grows hard in the wet months; a yard that looked tidy Saturday is reaching by Wednesday, and the shrubs and palms push just as fast. So the job is to cut it clean, haul the trimmings out, and leave the beds lined so the dark mulch shows against all that green. When the rain finally sweeps down Cypress Parkway, the yards behind it are already squared away.
