Mullen's Complete Lawn Care

About Mullen's Complete Lawn Care

By two o'clock in August the clouds stack up over the Everglades and everyone working outdoors starts watching the west. MR. Alejo Lawn Service plans the day around that, running the route near Palm Avenue early with mowing, edging, trimming, hedges shaped and beds mulched, and getting the trailer loaded before the first curtain of rain crosses. Wet-season grass grows like it is being paid to, so visits stay tight and the cut stays honest. The satisfaction is the same every time, a lawn standing even, edges cut sharp along the walk, nothing left on the driveway but the smell of cut grass. Then the storm comes through, the yard drinks it down, and the next week starts all over.
