Sun & Soil Lawn Care

About Sun & Soil Lawn Care

Two things make a Florida lawn: sun, which arrives around Palmona Park in enormous quantity, and soil, which here is thin, pale and quick to drain. Sun & Soil Lawn Care works the narrow space between them — cutting at a height that keeps shade on the roots, running clean edges along the walks, keeping beds mulched so what falls stays where it fell. Late in the day, when the light comes in low off the Gulf and the sabal palm shadows stretch clear across the grass, a freshly cut yard looks better than at any other hour. That hour is worth working toward. It is what the crew is trying to leave behind on every street between the Trail and the river.
