Sunnyside Scapes

About Sunnyside Scapes

Late afternoon the light comes back off the water and everything west of Palmer Ranch turns a soft white-gold before the sun drops behind Siesta Key. Sunnyside Scapes works lawns in that part of the day and in the cool of the morning both — mowing, edging, trimming fence lines, sweeping the drives clean. Grass this far south takes full sun eight or nine months running, and keeping it even under that kind of light takes attention rather than luck. The reward is a yard that looks generous: open, level, well-bordered, ready for bare feet. A small stretch of ground, cared for properly, in a town built around being outdoors.
