About Southern Coastal Property Maintenance

Coming up over the Palm City Bridge, the breeze off the South Fork carries salt, and the town spreads out below in oak canopy and pale roof lines. Southern Coastal Property Maintenance handles the grounds work under all of it: mowing, edging, trimming, hedge and shrub cutting, weeding, and hauling the debris off the site. Entryways and shared drives get blown down so nothing tracks back indoors. From June into October the growth pushes hard and the routes tighten up to stay ahead of it; the cooler half of the year is for detail and shaping. Done right, no one notices the effort — only that the place looks the way it should.
