About Local Roots Property Maintenance, LLC

The sand pine scrub along Turkey Creek keeps its own hours, and so does a Palm Bay lawn. Local Roots Property Maintenance, LLC handles the mowing, edging and trimming across the neighborhoods that spread out from the creek, where the ground is pale sand and the grass earns every inch it takes. Mornings start cool and blue-shadowed, and by the time the clippings are blown off the walk the sun is already high over the boardwalk pines. Hedges get shaped, beds get mulched, weeds get pulled from the corners a mower will never reach. It is ordinary work, due again next week, and the whole street looks better for it.
