JSR Land Clearing

About JSR Land Clearing

West of Palatka the pines and palmetto of the state forest country close in tight, and a piece of land can disappear under scrub in a couple of wet seasons. JSR Land Clearing takes it back — brush cut down, undergrowth cleared, overgrown lots opened up until you can see the property lines again. There is a moment on every job when the shape of the ground finally shows itself, a rise or a swale nobody knew was there. After the clearing comes the keeping: mowing what is left, trimming the edges, hauling off the piles. Land that was closed off becomes land somebody can walk across.
