About Smith Family Powerwashing and Lawn LLC

Gulf humidity does two things to a house in Pace: it feeds the grass and it darkens the concrete. Smith Family Powerwashing and Lawn LLC handles both — mowing, trimming and edging the yard, then turning the wand on driveways, walkways and siding until the grey lifts and the color underneath surfaces again. The finest hour for it is just after a summer squall has drifted off toward Escambia Bay and the sun comes back doubled, when every wet stripe on the slab shows plainly where the work has been. Houses here take weather off the water all year long, and a washed exterior beside a cut lawn says, together, that somebody is looking after the place. That pairing is what they carry from street to street across Pace and out toward Milton and Gulf Breeze.
