About Kelley Gutenmann Construction Company LLC.

Pace grew up among the pines near the top of Escambia Bay, and down at Floridatown the old shoreline still opens onto wide, wind-ruffled water. Kelley Gutenmann Construction Company LLC. is a construction company that also handles lawn care, bringing a builder's feel for square lines and finished work out into the yard. Winter in the Panhandle is a real season, with cold fronts sweeping through, grass gone tawny and resting, and frost sometimes silvering the lawns before sunrise. Then spring breaks open in a rush of redbud and wisteria, and the yards wake up wanting a first sharp mow. Done right, a lawn here looks the way a well-built porch does: level, trim and ready to be lived on.
