About GrandTopia

On a Friday evening the green at Oviedo on the Park fills up, families circling Center Lake while the amphitheater lights come on and the water goes copper. GrandTopia works toward that kind of open, walkable lawn on private property: mowing on a clean pattern, edging every border, trimming the shrubs so a yard has room to be used. Beds are weeded and mulched, and the turf is fed to keep it dense enough to stand up to bare feet and afternoon rain. Hard surfaces are blown down last so nothing tracks back into the house. A yard should invite people out into it, and that is the standard the work is measured against.
