About Gilchrist Landscaping & Lawn Care

Out toward Windermere the land is mostly water, one lake handing off to the next along the Butler Chain, and the light at five in the afternoon comes off the surface and lays gold across the grass. Gilchrist Landscaping & Lawn Care works those deep lots and long approaches, mowing wide passes, edging drives that curve out of sight, and detailing the beds close to the house where guests actually walk. Hedge sculpting keeps the ligustrum and podocarpus holding their shape through the growing months, and palm trimming clears the fronds before the wind can take them. Planting and mulch keep the color moving through the year, azalea to plumbago to the first bloom of spring. A property like that should look composed from the road and cared for at arm's length — that's the standard the work is cut to.
