About FS Property Maintenance Inc.

Monday starts early on the plazas along John Young Parkway, before the doors unlock and the lot fills. FS Property Maintenance Inc. is out in that gray hour running mowers across the common turf, edging the curb islands, and blowing the asphalt clean so the first customer of the day parks on a tidy lot. Shrub trimming keeps the storefront sightlines open, weed control holds the bed lines, and mulch refreshed around the crape myrtles hides the summer's worth of grit. Palm trimming comes on its own schedule, fronds down and gone before anyone notices they were brown. Commercial grounds live or die by consistency, and there is a plain pride in a property that looks exactly as sharp on the fortieth week as it did on the first.
