Drake Lawn & Pest Control

About Drake Lawn & Pest Control

Orlando runs on two seasons, and both of them grow. Drake Lawn & Pest Control keeps the St. Augustine turf around the Conway lakes, where the water lies flat and silver at six in the morning and half the block smells like cut grass by nine. Mowing, edging, string trimming and blowing the walks clean set the weekly beat, while fertilization and lawn pest treatment carry a yard through the July stretch when chinch bugs go hunting along the hot sandy strip by a driveway. Hedge trimming pushes the viburnum back off the windows, and a fresh ring of mulch keeps a laurel oak's roots cool through the wet months. What the crew is after is the look of a yard that was meant: even bands across the front, a border cut true, not a blade left on the sidewalk.
