About Cavender Lawns LLC

Blanding Boulevard runs the length of the day here — traffic, storefronts, and parking-lot islands where crepe myrtles do the heavy work of shade. Cavender Lawns LLC keeps ground like that as well as the neighborhood lots behind it: mowing on a set rotation, edges along curb and sidewalk, trimming around signs and light poles, clippings cleared away. Commercial turf is judged from a moving car, which means the line at the curb has to hold from fifty feet out. Evening, once the shops thin, is a good hour for it — cooler, quieter, and the irrigation not yet running. Orange Park looks after its front doors, and the grass in front of them is part of that.
