About Central Florida Land Management LLC

February is the dry month out here, when the palmetto rattles and the sand pines throw thin shade and a back lot that got away from you all summer finally stands still enough to take in hand. Central Florida Land Management LLC works those Orange City properties: mowing, cutting brush, clearing overgrowth off fence lines, opening up what has crowded a drive, and hauling the debris out behind it. Sugar sand does not hold a wheel and the ground drops away toward the low spots, so a route gets planned instead of guessed. The result is plain and satisfying, a lot you can walk end to end with the edges honest and the pines suddenly looking deliberate. When the June rains come it all starts again, and that is the arrangement everyone here signs.
