About America's Best Services

First light comes in flat and gold along Ali Baba Avenue, and the dew holds it for about an hour before the heat lifts it off the grass. That hour is when America's Best Services gets moving — mower down off the trailer, trimmer humming along the walkway, a crisp line cut where the lawn meets the driveway. In January the growth is slow and a cut holds its shape for days; by June the same yard asks for attention every week, and the route keeps that pace without slipping. The work is plain and it is complete: mowing, edging, trimming and the clippings hauled off, so a homeowner steps outside to a yard that looks finished rather than half-done. Opa-locka is flat, bright and green nearly all year, which makes it a fine place to take pride in a straight edge.
