K2 Green Works

About K2 Green Works

A pair of sandhill cranes will walk straight down the middle of an Odessa cul-de-sac as though they hold title to it, and you shut the mower off and wait, because that is the arrangement here. K2 Green Works cuts these neighborhoods between such interruptions — grass mowed even, edges run along drive and walk, hedges taken back, clippings cleared off the concrete. The land under all of it was pine flatwoods and sandhill not so long ago, and the wildlife has never fully agreed to the change. Working outdoors in Pasco County means sharing the yard, which is most of the appeal. Then the birds move along, the engine catches, and the line picks up where it stopped.
