Complete Property Maintenance

About Complete Property Maintenance

The first real cool front slides down over Clay County in October, and Oakleaf Plantation exhales — mornings you can work in without sweating through a shirt by eight. Complete Property Maintenance takes the long view of a yard: mowing on a steady cycle, edging where turf wants to creep over the sidewalk, trimming the fence lines, and carrying off the clippings and yard debris so nothing sits. A property looks after itself for about a week, and after that it needs somebody. The laurel oaks let go in late winter and the grass roars back in March, and both of those are simply work to be scheduled. Kept up all year, a lawn stops being a project and becomes a place you sit in the evening.
