About Travis Lee's Affordable Lawn & Tree Services

In April the jacarandas come on purple over the side streets and drop a week's worth of blossom onto every lawn beneath them. Travis Lee's Affordable Lawn & Tree Services runs a route through those blocks, mowing, edging, trimming the borders and clearing the drives and walks of everything the trees have let go. A single-truck route means the same person sees the same yard each visit, notices the patch thinning by the mailbox, and works around the spot where the hose reel always sits. Oakland Park rewards that kind of attention, since the lots sit close together and the difference between a kept yard and an unkept one is one fence line. Evening light coming through the palms at the end of a finished street is a decent way to close out a day.
