About Tender.Love.Care

Some yards in Oak Ridge have been loved a long time — a bench set under the oak, a hedge planted by somebody's grandmother, a front walk swept every evening. Tender.Love.Care treats those places gently: mowing at a height that keeps the grass strong, edging with a light touch, trimming close without scalping the roots, and blowing every last clipping off the porch and path. There is a kindness in this work that shows up in the small choices nobody is meant to notice. At dusk, with the mower loaded and the yard gone quiet, the place simply looks looked-after. That is the whole idea, on every street from Oak Ridge over to Conway.
