Kolbeck's Tree Care

About Kolbeck's Tree Care

Fog sits low on Boggy Bayou some mornings, and the longleaf pines along the water come out of it one row at a time. Kolbeck's Tree Care works the Niceville lots where sand pine, live oak and water oak all crowd the same property line — tree removal when a leaning pine has gotten too close to a roof, trimming and pruning to lift a canopy and let the bay breeze through. Anyone who has watched a squall run up Choctawhatchee Bay knows what an unbalanced crown can do, so every cut is made with the next blow in mind. When one arrives, storm damage cleanup follows: down wood bucked and gone, the path to the dock walkable, the moss-hung oaks still standing. There's a plain satisfaction in a lot that looks like it was always this way.
