About BLD Property Services LLC

Monday finds the trailer rolling out along the Jonesville stretch, where pasture gives way to storefronts and rental drives, and the week's route unspools one property at a time. This is grounds work in the plain sense: grass cut on schedule, edges held to the concrete, shrubs kept off the windows, clippings blown out of the lot instead of left to bake. North Florida grows hard from May to September — a week of afternoon rain and a bahia lawn goes shaggy overnight — so the calendar matters as much as the mower. Cleanups take care of what the storms shake loose, and mulch goes down where beds have thinned under the oaks. A well-run property looks unremarkable, and that is exactly the point: nothing overgrown, nothing forgotten, every corner reached.
