About Excavator work, Dirt Wor, Mulching & heavey Duty Mowing

Some lots around Nassau Village have not been touched in years — palmetto shoulder-high, briar grown through the fence, a stand of scrub where a yard used to be. This is the outfit for that ground: heavy-duty mowing straight through overgrowth, mulching brush down to the dirt, and excavator and dirt work to reshape grade on sand that moves whenever it rains. There is nothing subtle about the machinery and everything satisfying about the before and after. A morning of it can hand a whole acre back to whoever owns it. After that, ordinary mowing can begin.
