Jarman's Lawn Care

About Jarman's Lawn Care

Spring arrives in Myrtle Grove loud — azaleas going off all at once along the fences, pollen on every windshield, the grass waking out of dormancy in one long stretch. Jarman's Lawn Care meets it with the first cuts of the year: mowing, edging drives and walks, trimming hedges back into shape, hauling away whatever the season shook loose. Between here and Warrington the yards sit small and close together, which means the line you cut is the line the whole street sees. There is real pleasure in that — a straight edge, a clean walk, a place that looks like somebody is paying attention. Then the mower goes back on the trailer and the block looks better than it did.
