About Biotic Environmental Solutions

Everything in this stretch of Walton County grows in sand — pale quartz that drains a downpour in minutes and gives roots very little to hold on to. Biotic Environmental Solutions takes that as the starting point, tending lawns with an eye on the root zone as much as the blade: cutting at a height that shades the soil, trimming and edging clean, hauling away the debris a summer storm leaves scattered. Late June afternoons the thunderheads stack up over the bay and open all at once, and by the next morning the St. Augustine has drunk every drop and wants a cut. Keeping grass thick on ground this loose is a slow, patient argument, and the yards that win it look it. That rhythm carries their work through Miramar Beach and the neighborhoods on either side.
