About Cooks Landscaping LLC

On the old streets of Middleburg the live oaks hold their Spanish moss like drapery, and the deep shade underneath asks for a different cut than an open, sun-blasted lot does. Cooks Landscaping LLC reads a property that way — where the light lands, where the roots surface, where the deck should ride a notch higher so the turf keeps its footing. The days are built from mowing, edging, trimming, bed maintenance, mulching and seasonal cleanups, done in an order that leaves nothing to sweep up twice. Under those oaks, a lawn kept in good order looks like it belongs to the house and always has. Middleburg is home base, and the route reaches Penney Farms, Green Cove Springs and Orange Park.
