Sunset Sod

About Sunset Sod

West of Kendall the streets simply run out into sawgrass, and the sunset arrives wide open, orange all the way to the horizon with nothing to break it. Sunset Sod works those last blocks and the older ones behind them, mowing on a steady cycle, edging the long driveways, keeping the turf even from fence to fence. Out at this edge of the city the wind carries dust in the dry months and standing water in the wet ones, so the cutting height and the cleanup both get adjusted to what the lawn is actually doing. A yard that is mowed level, trimmed at the corners and swept clean will hold its color under that big evening light. Getting it there is the good part of the job.
