About Santos Gonzalez Lawn Service & Landscaping

In June the royal poincianas over Kendall open all at once, red as a struck match, and then drop enough petals to bury a driveway. Santos Gonzalez Lawn Service & Landscaping works those cul-de-sac lawns through the whole loud green stretch of summer — mowing on a tight cycle, edging the sweeping curbs, keeping the hedges square against the afternoon growth. Petals, seed pods and storm-blown fronds all get gathered up and carried off, because half of a good yard is what you take away from it. The lawns out here run wide and open, which means an uneven cut shows from the end of the block and a clean one does too. The crew works for the second kind.
