Billy Goat

About Billy Goat

On Miami's older warehouse blocks near Wynwood, green arrives in small doses — a strip along a fence, a courtyard square, a lot someone decided to keep. Billy Goat takes on the overgrown ones and brings them back: cutting down heavy growth, mowing to an even height, edging the concrete lines, trimming the perimeter and hauling the debris away. It is the kind of work you can see from the far end of the street the moment it is done. The wet months push everything up fast, so the second visit matters as much as the first. This city will always grow; the craft is deciding where.
